Bonsoir! French for “good evening” – is exactly what this property will deliver. A brand new renovation of a beautiful historic building in downtown New Orleans, at Bonsoir, you’ll sleep deeply and comfortably between your outings into the City, with the best that the City has to offer within steps of your residence. Historic charm and contemporary luxury collide at the Bonsoir Building in New Orleans’ hip Warehouse District — with easy access to the Caesar’s Superdome and the Smoothie King Center.

The Bonsoir Building is a 2024 renovation of a certified historic Warehouse District mansion with classic New Orleans charm. This building dates back to pre-1876 when it was first used as a residence, but has been home to a number of uses over its 150+ years of life! Our reimagination of this building restores its historic splendor with all the modern amenities you would expect in 2024, but with sultry and fun twists in every unit.

Location, Location, Location. This is no more centrally located place in New Orleans. Whether you are attending a conference at the Convention Center, visiting Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, or going to the Superdome/Smoothie King Center, it doesn’t get easier than this.
